Just because you are eating LCHF (low carb, high fat) doesn't mean you can't enjoy pizza. Pizza is one of my favorite indulgences so I had to find a way to make it work. I used a cauliflower crust recipe a couple of weeks ago but it took FOREVER and it was just mediocre. Tonight's recipe was on point! This crust is called Fathead Pizza Crust. Not a great photo but I wanted to show you the golden brown goodness. I would definitely bake on parchment paper (I did this but slid it out before taking this photo) but you may be okay to use a very seasoned pizza stone like mine.
